How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we grow!

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible at [email protected] if you need to make a change. We will do our best to help before your order ships.

Products

What are the fresheners made of?

Our fresheners are made from high-quality fragrance oils specially formulated for air freshening. Each shape is hand-dipped in fragrance oil and hung to cure before it ships to you. They are designed for air use only and are not intended for skin contact.

Will the freshener damage my car surfaces?

We recommend hanging your freshener from your rearview mirror rather than placing it directly on leather, vinyl, or fabric surfaces, as the fragrance oil can transfer and cause staining. Keep it swinging freely and you are good to go!

How long do the fresheners last?

Scent strength varies based on your environment, heat levels, and airflow in your car. To help your freshener last longer, keep it in its packaging until you are ready to use it.

Are Scented Hope fresheners safe to use in my car?

Yes! Our fresheners are designed for air use only. Keep them out of reach of small children and pets, and avoid direct contact with skin or surfaces like leather or wood. Hang them from your mirror and enjoy!

Do you offer custom scents or designs?

Not at this time, but we are always working on new scents and collections. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be the first to know about new drops!

Subscriptions

What is the Freshie Club?

The Freshie Club is our quarterly subscription where you receive a bundle of fresheners delivered right to your door every three months. It is the easiest way to keep your car smelling amazing without thinking about it.

How does billing work for the Freshie Club?

You are billed once every three months at the time your order is placed. No monthly charges, just one simple quarterly payment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Just email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

Because our fresheners are a scented product, we are unable to accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry! Please email [email protected] with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will get you taken care of right away.
