1. Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using
FedEx, USPS, and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5pm mountain standard time will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs:
Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days - USPS, FedEx, UPS
Expedited Shipping - 2-3 business days - FedEx, UPS
Overnight Shipping - 1 business day - FedEx, UPS
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders over $100 (US only).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the provided tracking link to check the status of your delivery.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon!
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Scented Hope is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please check with the shipping carrier first and then contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
